Providing continual protection for up to 4 months, the Beaphar Velvet Cat Flea Collar is a soft, fabric collar, featuring an effective insecticide to kill fleas and prevent their return.

Designed to provide fashionable flea control that is effective and stylish, the Beaphar Velvet Cat Flea Collar features a soft, cosy velvet-style fabric, available in three colours (blue, black or red).  It also features an optional silver bell that can be removed if required, although is recommended to be kept on for outdoor cats helping to notify wildlife of your cat’s presence.  Suitable for cats and kittens from 12 weeks of age, this comfortable fabric collar has an elastic safely link that stretches if your cat gets caught while out and about, and can be adjusted to fit any cat, with a cut-to-size design.

*It may take several days for the active ingredient to spread throughout the entire coat, but begins working almost immediately once attached to your cats neck.

How to Use: Fasten the collar around your cats neck (coloured side facing outwards) leaving enough room to insert two fingers between the collar and neck. Do not fit too tightly to prevent irritation, but do not fit it too loosely as your cat may be able to get a foot or tooth under the collar and become caught up attempting to remove it.  Cut off any collar sticking out beyond the buckle. Wrap this cut-off in a bag and throw it in your dustbin.

Remember to periodically check and loosen the collar if fitted onto a growing kitten. For continuous protection, fit a new Beaphar Flea Collar every four months.
