While we are still providing International Deliveries to customers outside of the UK, these can only be processed via email at this time, due to the increase in paperwork now associated with export orders. You can place your International Order by following the steps below:
Step One: Add all items to your basket that you wish to purchase. Please also take note of any out of stock items, to mention in your email when you reach Stage 2.
Step 2: Screenshot your basket, and attach to a blank email. Alternatively you can list the items and quantities you require in an email. Please note any out of stock items you also wish to purchase in the email so we can check their availability. We may be able to supply these for you despite them being unavailable on the website.
Step 3: Add your Full Name, Telephone Number, Billing Address and Shipping Address (if different) and send it to enquiries@purelypetsupplies.com. I will then be in touch within 48 hours to provide a quote with shipping.
