I've been busy working on the website and want to get it done as quickly as I can for you all. Exciting, but tough, times ahead. I'm aware I let you all know about a live sale this week.. well that hasn't taken place because:
1. I'm tired and working till midnight most nights
2. COVID has meant I've had to pause dispatching while getting a test for my own peace of mind and for customer safety (I've received the all clear today 💙)
3. I've had a lot to sort on the website and in the warehouse, and I'm still tackling the workload - can we pause time for a week please?

I know I've been a little quiet lately and I can't apologise enough for the silence. Its been tough, but I'm getting there! As quickly and as best i can!
I thought it best to post a public thank you message, alongside the 100's of messages I've sent to you all individually to say thank you, because my God, you guys are amazing. The last few days particularly I don't know what I'd have done without you - the comments, messages, emails and orders mean the world. I cant wait for my return - have no doubt I'm fighting to come back healthier and stronger than ever 💙.

💙 I'll be providing a quick video tomorrow of the warehouse, so if you spot anything you want you can claim it before the website reopens and public sale begins! (I apologise in advance for my state. Temporarily retired business owner is not my best look 😅)
💙 All purchases from here forward will be at the delivery charges as follows: £3.50 under 2kg, £6.50 above that up to a max of 25kg. Additional weight will be charged accordingly to specific customers effected
💙 I am currently working alone so please bear with me! Lead time remains at 1-6 days for dispatch
💙 We have products available for all animals in the sale and I aim to do a live sale this week on IG for quite a few. Keep an eye on stories and posts, turn on post notifications if you need to, as when they're gone they're gone for many items!

Time to Paws 💔 IMPORTANT NOTICE!

It's with a heavy heart and very puffy, tearful eyes that I announce the immediate, BUT TEMPORARY, closure of my incredible little company, Purely Pet Supplies.

I love this Company, i love my job and i love my customers so, so much 💙 For those that know me, they'll know how much this difficult decision will have broken me, because it certainly wasn't an easy one to make. Unfortunately 2020 has had other ideas for me, and just like many others after this year, being in business right now isn't one of them.

Until further notice Purely Pet Supplies Ltd will not be accepting any new orders. I hope to have the website back up and running again in due course, but for now, we're taking some time out.

For those with orders outstanding these are STILL BEING PROCESSED and I will be in touch individually with any customers that may incur additional delays to our standard processing times. I will still be dispatching whilst we are closed, but will not be accepting new orders online. For those requiring anything urgent, please MESSAGE ME DIRECTLY ON SOCIAL MEDIA as I will continue to fulfil orders manually for the time being as much as I can while the website remains closed.

This is not the end for PPS, nor for this incredible community we've all built. But for now, and with so much love for every single one of you, I I need my puppa and a cuppa followed by a large glass of wine. This is by far the hardest decision I've ever had to make, and I want to thank and send love to my team, their families, and to every single one of YOU for everything you've done for Purely Pets this year.
