As an independent, small UK Business, reviews impact the popularity and reputation of a Company, as well as indicate expected performance levels for new buyers. We did used to encourage reviews via our Feefo platform, however due to the cost this is no longer the case.
We are kindly asking that customers leave 100% honest reviews of the products they buy. If you love a product, tell us and others – we really want to know!
If you leave 5+ product reviews directly on our website, we will gift you with a £5 voucher for use on your next purchase. Simply drop us an email to email@example.com, with screenshots of your 5 or more product reviews. Reference your email Review Rewards Scheme, with the required attachments as evidence of reviews, and we’ll drop you an email back with your unique voucher code for money off your next shop!

- Create/Login to your Purely Pet Supplies Account
- Visit the product page of the item you want to review once logged in
- Leave your review
Your review will then be approved by Purely Pet Supplies and published on our website for others to see!
Please ensure your review is honest, genuine and based on your real experience of the product. You are required to post 5+ product reviews to receive your voucher, which will be emailed over to you upon request and application of your 5 reviews. If you have a negative experience or review, I kindly request you contact before leaving or deciding on a review, as I hope to resolve any unforeseen issues that may have arisen with deliveries our customers may receive.
